Industrial radial employ four distinct radial wheel designs for use in moderate-pressure applications. Typical uses include dust collection, pneumatic-conveying, moisture blow-off, incineration and oven and dryer exhaust.

Canadian Blower's Flat radial-blade fan design best for material conveying blower applications with airstreams containing coarse material or heavy dust and particulate matter. As with the radial-curved blower wheel, the RS and RD wheels provide stable airflow performance over the entire pressure range, from wide-open to completely closed-off.

Canadian Blower's Unique, high-efficiency radial fan wheel utilizes curved blades and a tapered frontplate to minimize turbulence and control flow through the wheel. Can be used for airstreams with moderate dust loads that do not contain large particles or wet, sticky materials. Performance is stable from wide-open to completely closed-off.

Canada Blower Direct-fired units utilize air that will be sent to the heated space for combustion without use of a heat exchanger. The products of combustion are mixed directly with large volumes of outdoor air. Such mixing is considered safe because of the high dilution ratio.

Heat fan modification include shaft coolers and shaft cooler guards on all arrangements and motor heat shields for Arrangements 9 and 10. Aluminum shaft coolers are designed to move ambient air over the inboard bearing and dissipate heat transferred through the shaft. Arrangements 1 and 8 fans can be modified for 800°F - 1000°F operation. In this temperature range, stainless steel blower wheel and shafting are required. 950X/960X alloy fan wheels are also available to maintain standard safe speed limits at 500°F - 800°F temperatures when required.
